At Cheevoz, we value your satisfaction and want to make sure you shop with confidence. If you’re not fully happy with your order, we accept returns under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Products showing wear, damage, or missing tags may not be accepted.
  • To start a return, contact us at support@cheevoz.store with your order number and reason for return.

How to Return an Item

  • Email support@cheevoz.store to request return instructions.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging with tags.
  • Purchase and attach your own return shipping label from a carrier of your choice.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our support team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product), Cheevoz will cover the return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different color, size, or style, please return the product for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds typically take 7 business days to appear in your account. If you haven’t received your refund after this period:
