Shipping & Delivery
Q: What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) on a business day are processed the same day. Any orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the following business day.
Q: How long does it take to prepare my order before shipping?
We usually need 1–2 business days to verify, pack, and hand over your order to the carrier.
Q: How many days does delivery take after shipping?
Our standard U.S. shipping service delivers within 5–7 business days once the package has been dispatched.
Q: What is the total delivery timeline?
From the moment you place your order until you receive it, the total estimated time is about 6–9 business days (including cut-off, handling, and transit).
Q: Do you charge for shipping?
No, we provide free standard shipping across the United States.
Q: How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the shipment status.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was delivered.
Q: How long will it take to get my refund?
Refunds are issued within 7 business days once we’ve received and inspected your return. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Address & Order Issues
Q: What happens if I enter the wrong address?
It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
Q: Can I cancel or update my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@cheevoz.store. Once shipped, cancellations or changes are not possible. You may still request a return after delivery under our Returns Policy.
