Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) on business days are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Handling Time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Transit Time
Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5–7 business days once the order has been dispatched.
Transit times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Order Cut-Off Time + Handling Time + Transit Time = Approximately 6–9 business days for most U.S. deliveries.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders.
- There are no additional charges. All listed prices on Cheevoz.store already include applicable state and local taxes.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- Tracking information allows you to monitor the delivery status of your order.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Wrong Address or Address Verification
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Cheevoz is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Change of Mind
- If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@cheevoz.store.
- If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it.
- If the order has already shipped, you may initiate a return in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we strive for on-time delivery, unforeseen factors (weather, carrier delays, etc.) may affect shipment times. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@cheevoz.store for assistance.
